Boondocks Family Celebration Event
In honor of A Day For Wednesday’s Child, The Adoption Exchange and COPARC hosted a family celebration day at Boondocks on Wednesday, April 8th for all adopted families in Colorado. Over 30 families attended the event. Families participated in Boondocks activities and games such as go cart racing, bowling, video games and laser tag. All participants were treated to a pizza dinner and a visit from Colorado mascots such as Miles (Bronco’s Mascot) and Bernie (Avalanche’s Mascot). Families and teens were able to register for COPARC’s upcoming Spotlight Conference and learn more about the teen programs COPARC offers.
